I work in front of a computer all day, and my eyes were always dry and strained. I used to take bilberry and lutein separately, but this one combines both plus Milk Thistle! It's such a smart combo since eye strain and liver fatigue usually go hand in hand.
Also, love that they are individually blister-packed. I hate bulky plastic tubs where capsules get oxidized every time you open them. These stay completely fresh and hygienic. I feel like I'm not reaching for my eye drops nearly as often during work. I definitely want to keep taking these consistently and see how it goes.
