Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping: We ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are 5-25 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Kiwigoods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you would like your order to be shipped in separate parcels, please place individual orders accordingly and contact us — we'll be happy to assist with split shipments.

Damages: Kiwigoods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
However, to assist our customers, please contact us at info@biotree.co.nz within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the case and try our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
